I am a determined and passionate person with a long experience in the world of high-end catering. My path has led me to work in international contexts, where I have improve organization, management and leadership skills.
After gaining experience with Michelin-starred chefs and extra-luxury hotels in Italy, Switzerland, Dubai and the UK, today I put my skills at the service of companies in the Hospitality sector as Executive Chef, F&B Partner and Hotel Sustainability Consultant.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Sustainable Tourism Management and Monitoring, with a background in Economics and Management of Tourism Services. I strongly believe in innovative, sustainable catering that combines excellence and well-being, both for guests and teams.

I graduated in Psychology of Wellbeing from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, my academic and professional career has developed with a strong orientation towards improving wellbeing and productivity within companies.
